How to use the 2025 data

The premium is an employer cost and does not reduce employee gross pay, deductions, or net pay.

The annual maximum is a Board-set, per-worker earnings ceiling. The assigned rate is an employer-specific or assigned-classification input. Keep them separate and use the rate shown on the employer's own annual notice, statement, or Board account.

WCB premium = assessable earnings × assigned rate per $100 ÷ 100

A provincial average rate or an unadjusted industry base rate does not establish what one employer must pay. Classification, industry risk, claims experience, and Board-specific programs can change the assigned rate.

Quebec and CNESST

Quebec workers' compensation is administered by CNESST. Quebec is not mapped into this twelve-jurisdiction WCB dataset and this page does not claim Beanflow WCB support for Quebec. Use the official CNESST site for Quebec requirements.

This reference does not register an employer, administer claims, remit premiums, file an annual return, or submit information to a Board. Confirm coverage, assessability, classification, assigned rate, reporting, and filing obligations with the applicable Board.
